Swayambhunath
Swayambhunath is a gilded stupa, often called the ‘Monkey Temple’ due to the large population of monkeys that live within the complex. Situated at the top of a forested hill on the outskirts of Kathmandu, this magical site was the inspiration for Jordan Quill as a child that led to him pursuing study and travel in the Himalayas.
